I have been planning a move to Austin for the past six months to join the rest of my family. Due to its proximity to my family, I visited this complex in December and looked at apartments. All seemed well and professional. My move is getting very close, and a few weeks ago I spoke with one of the leasing agents. We arranged for my daughter to visit a property on a Monday.
