I've lived here since 4/4/09, and I have to say I haven't had too many problems. Personally, I really like this place. We just signed another lease.

First, I've never seen anyone's car broken into. Ever. I'm not saying it hasn't happened, I've just never seen it. There are a lot of nice cars around and a few with systems, I've never seen any windows broken. I'd also like to ad, if you're that concerned about it, take your stuff inside. If you have a nice stereo, chances are it has a removable faceplate. It's like that for a reason. Plus, what do you expect the management to do if that does happen' Renters insurance covers that, you know. Also, they have either security or police patrol at night. Not every night, but often. It's been like that since I moved in.

In short: There has never been a time when I didn't feel safe or comfortable outside or around my home here. It's not the ghetto.

Second, I'm pretty sure there are only two maintenance workers, but they do a hell of a job. One or the other is always outside picking up trash when I leave for work, and the grounds are pretty clean and the landscaping is well maintained.

And yes. The pool is awesome.

Third, a couple months ago they sent out a notice saying they would charge $20 if they caught you not picking up after your dog. So, there really isn't that much poop. And, another note on dogs: most are on leashes. I let my dog off a leash, but we are in the back of the complex and he's a chihuahua. All the other dogs I've ever seen, with the exception of one, have been on leashes.

Parking isn't too great. They need a few extra spaces, but it's not horrible. I can usually manage to catch a spot right up front if I get home early.

Weekends can get a little noisy, but that's to be expected of an apartment, isn't it' You just gotta pray your neighbors are considerate. It's not that easy when you share a wall.

I love our floorplan. The apartments are great inside. My appliances work wonderfully. The only thing I don't like is the carpet. It's cheap, and stains easily. I would recommend a "no shoes" rule.

As far as what everyone is saying about the staff, I can't vouch for any of that. The staff here have always been really sweet to me, but I'm a nice person. If you get up in someone's face(maybe not literally, but you know), they're gonna treat you like crap. I'm peaches and cream until someone rubs me the wrong way and I can imagine so are a good majority of people.

The only other thing I can think of is the water bill. I'd say that's probably the crappiest part. They charge you based on square footage and number of occupants. So, for the 815 sq. ft. with 2 people, it's around $45 or so. The highest it's been is $56, the lowest being $33 roundabout.
