i don't agree about the --------....there are a lot that work out here but not so many that live out here. the place is pretty cheaply/poorly built. the traffic on parmer is pretty noisy. be ware of the $10 monthly TRASH FEE and the "one time" $8 meter reading fee. they won't tell you about those fees until you're signing the paper work to lease the place.

Well, the trash fee is your part of what the property is charged to have the trash compactor on property, and the $8 meter fee is because it is a brand new property and you as a resident have to be assessed for your energy/utility consumption once during your stay here. It's completely normal and many properties have these fees...many properties hide this trash fee in your water bill, if you pay through your property. AT least this property is being up front with you. I'm a locator and I'm taking all of my customers by Bella Sarah, please do not put out a negative review just because you're ignorant.
