first off - i understand that this is underconstruction - my husband and i were one of the first few to move into this complex. it was made to our understanding that even though it was underconstruction - everything all amenities (clothes center, tanning beds, pool, business center & fitness center) were going to be accessible to us, the following monday March 26.2007 after our move in on the 22. we had no access to anything. which sucks. until this past weekend - access to the pool. we were NOT notified of it, by management. we weren't notified of trash pick up, we were told one thing and then issused a notice/violation because we did what was told. our mailbox was not given issued to us and neither were keys until 3 wks after our move in. MANAGEMENT is HORRIBLE! Management never tell anyone anything! they need to do a better job on informing and responding to issues. we are paying rent! keep us (tenantS) in the know.

To Anonymous Response: I don't see why your response is so ridiculous. If the couple were given one set of incorrect instructions as to trash pick-up that they followed and then were cited for it, they should be annoyed. Being told false information is also an inconvenience since - as the writer put it - they are paying tenants. Now, I don't know if they really experienced all of these events or not, but if they did she has a right to mention her problems and warn others about them. I don't think that is being spoiled at all. Why don't you leave a more useful comment yourself?

management does suck, but, all the other issues I cant say on, I just moved in and I love it, except for parking b/c of the construction trailer in back and management are all -------.
