Pros:
My favorite thing about this place is that they paint the walls a very neutral tan instead of the basic white, I also like the wood floors and cool light fixtures. The location is superb, right next to resteraunts, HEB, the brand spankin new Gold's Gym, Target and easy access to I35! LOVE IT!

Cons:
Small floorplans. The floor plans are nice but these apartments do run smaller than most.
Half the place is still under construction, small sacrifice though.
There are no security gates, not even sure if they will put them up or not, but it would be nice.

I agree!!! Except I hate how they charge more for a courtyard view and it's not really a courtyard? But I love the location, the HEB just around the corner for my late night pregnancy cravings and the kick ass Gold's Gym down the street for me when I want to work this jiggle off! I also love that it's next to Target, a woman's paradise! lol Great place and great customer service. PLEASE ADD SECURITY GATES AND PLEASE ADD BBQ GRILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am moving in in two weeks. I had a courtyard view reserved and then i went back and saw after the courtyard was finished and switch to look at the parking lot because why am I going to pay 15 extra dollars to look at grass! I heard that they have no intentions on putting in gates by the way. One of the girls in the office told me that. I am excited about moving in though.

Hey guys, I work in the office. THE GRILLS ARE COMING!...we had to talk with upper management on what kind of grills we were getting, then from whom we were purchasing them, and now we're just waiting for them to be delivered...also, the reason we haven't added security gates yet is because we have a patrol/police officer that lives near the main entrance and patrols on the hour...lastly, we're still landscaping the courtyard, we're just waiting for the grass to completely settle in, and the rain has put us a bit behind schedule with everything................thanks to all three of you for your fair and positive reviews!!!! I really appreciate it! :)
