Although these apartments are brand new, the fact that they are 2.3 miles from Runberg (austin's ghetto) has somehow made this apartment complex VERY unsafe!! people with children BEWARE!!! and do your research!!!!!

Ghetto? what Ghetto? The only "ghetto" I know of takes ~15-25 min to drive to. Although there are beggers on parmer around metric that's also a good 15 min drive. On this side of the freeway there's really nothing at all. Plus it's only a skip hop away from the ACC campus, Northridge, and right off the highway which is easy access to anything, but not close enough to get the noise problems. Stop scaring people off. If you want to know ghetto move to Dallas and take a waltz through Oak Cliff. This is nothing even remotely close to that.

It's unsafe if you go anywhere these days. If you have kids watch them and lock everything that you don't want stolen. I had my car broken into in a gated community. This place is nice.

You know, when you say the word "GHETTO";Let's just be open and honest about what you really mean. What you really want to say is someone other than yourself.They don't look the same, they don't dress the same and they don't talk the same, but it doesn't make them drug dealers and crack heads.It makes them, "BLACK", "HISPANIC", "ASIANS". and everything else that's not you.
