I moved into Bella Sarah about a month ago, and I would recommend the complex to a friend.

Pros:
The office staff has been very polite and helpful everytime I need something. The gym is nicely equipped and I haven't had a problem finding a machine yet. The pool is beautiful and clean as well as the grass around the complex. I haven't had problems (knock on wood) with noise or anything. The maintanance staff is helpful and polite. The apartment is pretty well made- good carpeting, new nice appliances, etc.

Cons:
There are no security gates, and I have been told there have been a few car break-ins. There are no ceiling fans, although if you purchase one the maintainance staff will install it for free. The "quiet" dishwasher is actually not quiet at all, although this is not really a big deal. When you move in, since it is a brand new place, there are of course a few kinks to work out (ie: I had a leaky kitchen sink, and a dripping from the a/c in my bathroom)- be sure to call up there and let them know right away.

I wanted to give a fair review of positives and negatives. If things go sour, I will definitely update this review!
