I have been living here for about two months, in those two months, management and maintenance have been very attentive to my needs.

It is an apartment complex, so one can not chose who lives next to whom.

The noise levels on the community are nothing out of the ordinary, the parking is not as bad as some places I have lived, coming from bigger city, were parking within a five minute walk is a blessing.

There do seem to a few people that seem shady but again it is an apartment complex, it could be worse, I promise I have seen it!! I do hope The city gets closer to fixing the light to the drive onto Centerlake Drive, it is extremely hard to see at night(There is what i think is supposed to be a solar light).

2011 Update:
Things sure have changed since I first moved in.

The level of the people living in the complex has gone down hill, I dont feel safe walking across the parking lot at night, there a scary people hanging around and staring at you like you are a piece of meat (sometimes during the day too).

Parties all hours on the weekends, neighbors screaming at each other, random people knocking on doors, trying Solicitate
business.

Cars parking in two spaces, when there isnt enough spots close to the buildings.

Drug deals happening at in broad daylight.

The friendly, warm inviting leasing office has changed too, they are not friendly and often short with you, just trying to get you in and out of their office.

Not sure what happened, but I will not recommend this place at all.

There is so much more that I am unhappy about, but whats the point,right''
