Everything has been going good at this new place (1 month). I love it so far, I feel more safe here than I did in my last community which was gated. Management SUCKS, but they do get the job done somewhat. This place doesn't come with fans, but they can be installed by apartment complex free of charge as long as you supply the fans. Which kicks butt! I am in the middle floorplan size wise and I have a ton of stuff and everything fits okay. I like the appliances and LOVE the bath tub. The other complaint I have is the parking in the back because there is a construction trailer over here, but hopefully it will be moved soon. Otherwise I love it so far.
