I have lived in many different apartment communities, from very old to brand new, and never had this many problems. I moved in this community in August shortly after the release of the building and the following are the problems I have encountered in the past 3 months.

1. The lights in the stairwell did not work for almost a month. I turned this problem into the office staff many times. There are many questionable people around here, whether it is living here or visiting. It concerned me to have to come home late at night to a dark building or walk my dog late at night.

2. No light in the living room, no ceiling fans, and no microwave! Even low budget apartment have these items, why did my apartment not have them''''

3. I have a garage and the light did not come on when I opened the door. So I turned this into the office while paying my rent....TWICE!! It is now fixed but you can imagine pulling into a dark garage then walking up a dark stairwell!

4.My air conditioner only worked briefly. I have had to call it in 3 times and guess what.......it still doesn't work. Yes now it is cooler but I just can't wait to start the calls again in the spring!

5. Recently I received a notice as did others in my building saying the office had made a mistake and not charged us for water but don't worry now they have that fixed and have charged me for all the back bills. Then a few days later I recieved a notice that my water bill was late.

6. Today I checked my mail and had another notice from the City of Austin. Seems like someone has crossed the meters and now I owe back bills for that also. I can only want to blame Bella Sarah at this point!!

7. Yes we do have courtsey cops that drive around at night. They also jump from behind cars in front of yours, and tell you that they like the pics you have hanging on your walls. Are they really there to study the inside of my apartment when I have the shades open''' Kinda creepy

8. I know there is apartment noise, I expect it! But in the middle of the day I had someone ask me to be quite while we were watching the UT game. A week or so later my upstairs neighbor was letting his children play basketball in the house. This started at 6:30am and until about 9pm for 3 days until I went upstairs and asked him to be a little quieter because the pictures on my walls were rattling. Guess what they continued to play. Come on

I want to like these apartments, they are so close to work and 35 but I know this summer I will be packing my bags again to move! All apartments have issues but there is a point where it is no longer worth your money and I have reached that point!

You forgot to include that there is no hot tub out side like most apartments have by the pool and that the computer never works in the business center when going to use it.
