Cheap yes, but you really do get what you pay for! There may as well not be a front door - just an opening - in these apartments. The construction crews that have been here all year, and plan to remain for the next, exibit absolutly no consideration for those who are paying to live here. The all-day parade of Diesels and construction equipment will vibrate your windows and floors constantly and creates an atmosphere that is reminiscent of living in the parking lot of a truck-stop. They have built a giant run-way-like entrance which random truckers and others love to use in the middle of the night as their own private parking lot (with diesle motors left running, of-course). Shoddy, hurried constuction has created innumerable problems that the "office staff" will readily apologize for but do nothing about. I have four issues inside the apt. and two in the parking lot that the staff told me were "on the list [of repairs]" over 9 months ago yet still remain, and one extremely obnoxious clattering in the ceiling which "can not be repaired". The one good review on this site came from an employee who lives and works here, and is tired of all of the complaints. Oh, we were promised two parking spaces per apt. and many other unrealized amenities. I have one car and have to park at a neighboring building if I can find a space at all. Many of us have recieved parking tickets for having to park in front of the office on the weekends - thanks to the watchful eyes of our "security patrol".
