changing my recommendation to a NO. If you're considering moving here, ask the management office why the security officer never showed up when a crazy driver crashed into a car @ the back of the complex after several residents called the after hours number.

After the 3 a.m. incident in front of my building last night, I am glad I am moving out soon.
If you have children or a single woman, THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU. It's not worth the worry or aggravation.
I'm now convinced that Bella Sarah is a foreign phrase meaning "crazy neighbors and poor management response from safety incidents"
For the money, it's a decent BRAND NEW place to live. The grounds are well kept and the fitness center is kept clean and in order.
The parking is getting better now that they moved the trailer over to the new complex.
The staff is courteous and nice, but not too customer service oriented. You have to be 'in the clique' to get them to respond to you in a timely fashion.
My neighbors down stairs smoke a lot of marijuana and I can smell it when they're partying. The other neighbors are quiet for the most part.
The one thing this complex needs to do is have security during the day. There is an awful lot of door to door solicitation going on and flyers on the cars are posted frequently.
The location SUCKS as there is no direct in and out east AND west on Parmer. You have to wait at the light near Dell. With all the Dell and Samsung traffic, this easily adds 10-15 minutes when congestion is at its highest.
One neighbor near me has a BBQ grill on their porch. I was told by management "unless you catch him, we can't do anything." This will not hold much weight with me if this knucklehead burns down my building.
