Drug addicts wandering property

I just recently moved in to the New Phase that they had just opened. I read negative reviews but took them with a grain of salt..BAD IDEA. I wasn't there maybe a week or so and I was getting home and I saw police looking for someone with their flashlights. I went inside and about 15 minutes later I see ambulance lights.
I went outside to lock car and apparently there was a guy on drugs wandering the property and he tried to hide from police and ended up needing medical attention due to too much drugs in system. Needless to say this isn't a safe place for women or children. Luckily the police found him, otherwise who knows he could have tried to break in to someones apartment. The ambulance hauled him away. There are a lot of incidences nationwide where people murder people while on PCP or other drugs.
I wish I would have known about things like this before signing a lease here. It seems like most of the positive reviews are FAKE ones created by staff to offset the REAL ones made by the residents that actually live here. The front office seems to not care about the safety of tennants, they are nice before you sign a lease then after they have you sign lease they show their true colors. There are also always loud partying going on on Friday and Saturday and on weekends you constantly hear tires squeeling at 3 or 4 in the morning from people peeling out in parking lot.
I am sure after this review is posted it will be followed by a positive(fake) review or rebuttal by the staff of the complex saying they lived here 4 months without incident or that they love it.
