I moved into this apt about two months ago. There was a drama before I moved in, but eventually it was fixed. This is not gated apartments, when asked the question why it is not the answer you will get gates does not prevent intruders from outside...so let all of them in. WOW..Last night my car was broken into, my window was broken stereo was stolen, the whole dashboard was broken, hence I had a hell of a night. In the morning when I went to the apartment office, the only response I got was "Sorry- do you have any suggestions on what you want us to do on that", I got a shock of my life. I was "can you compensate me for the damages or give me assign me a safe parking spot, I am a tenant here." They said "sorry we cannot do that, but is there anything else that you want us to do." I said "do you take any responsibility on what happened in your apartment community" and the answer was "NO, this can happen to anybody anywhere". One of the staff said "it has happened to me, so you have to deal with it, Thank you". This was my experience and it is stupid to decide just on one review, let me tell you there are many incidents happened here in the past which no one has reported TVs were stolen, wending machine's were broken and what not.
Moral of the story is even if they give you are better price, please look for some other place, I am stuck as I have signed the lease but trust me you do not want to live in a place where sorry is the answer for everything and where the people running the community do take any action or responsibility of what happen in their complex.
I do not recommenced this place if you prefer peace of mind and safety. So please look it up before you make an important decision.
