I have lived at the Bella Sarah complex for over 3 years, and I can honestly tell you that the Office Management, staff, and maintenance crew are all phenominal! The staff are comsumate professionals, provide attentive, accomodating, and excellent customer service, and all maintenance issues are addressed and completed expeditiously, resulting in complete satisfaction! With any complex, tenants will experience the inevitable issues regarding, noise, petty vandalism, and residents who lack responsibility and accoutablity for adhering to complex rules and regulations, however, the staff have addressed all these issues promptly, fairly, and accordingly. Most to the negative reviews that are posted on these sites are from disgruntled residents, who have been evicted, or reprimanded for not complying with complex policies, and fail to acknowledge the positives the complex and staff have to offer. I appreciate the outstanding customer service, attentiveness from staff, and the amenities Bella Sarah has to offer, and I would recommend this complex, and have recommended to friends and relatives alike. Before you buy into the negative posts, I recommend you personally check this complex out in order to make an unbiased decision to live here.

This is obviously a post by staff to counteract all the negative truthful posts. I can tell you Amy is rude and dismissive. Bella Sarah management ruined the whole appeal of the property wih their nasty attitudes.

I agree, this is obviously a post from an employee. I have paid my rent on time every month and have never been "reprimanded" or "evicted" as the post suggests all writers of negative reviews have been.
