The worst run apartment complex in Austin

The title says it all.

The neighborhood isn't safe (multiple break-ins, visits from CSI, etc.

The staff is dishonest (amenities promised during construction - most notably the gate - have never been added).

Additional fees have been added to the lease to increase their revenue without 'raising' rent.

I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move and I highly recommend that anyone considering Bella Sarah look at other apartments in the Tech Ridge area.
