One sunny afternoon, my friends and I were having a lovely swim in the pools (which are nice by the way) but were interrupted by two people having SEX on the other end of the pool! Yes! Sex!

We have bug problems: fleas, spiders.

We have asked to have someone come and spray and when that person does not show, the management cannot seem to locate the appointment book.

That's three times.

We live in the same building as some young guys who seem to have parties every night and we have had the police out to our building on more than one occasion.

One Saturday, recently, there seemed to be an explosion (what sounded like a car backfire or a gunshot) but who knows what ended up happening.

Parking is an issue because the "COMACT" (yes, that is how it is spelled) spaces are way too small for all of the huge vehicles that park in the lot and so now I have several scratches from cars/trucks opening their doors next to my parked car.

No security gates and there is talk of some huge hotel being constructed across the way.

As if we didn't already have vehicle break-ins.

Rent is way too expensive and there is nothing included.

I moved in with someone who already had a lease and could not move out until this month.

We are moving!
