Overall the complex is modern and on the nicer end of the apartment spectrum. However, I would not recommend this complex because the ----------------------------------------------------------------------, is quite rude, refuses to speak to the residents and defers you to a leasing agent for all questions, and communicates in an authoritarian tone aiming to make you feel like a dumb child with pointless questions. A property manager should make residents feel welcome, not as if they are wasting your last precious moments in life. The remaining staff is mostly incompetent except at getting you to sign a lease. They seemed quite friendly at the beginning, but it soon diminished. I provided them with two fans to be placed in the apartment nine days prior to my move-in, being told that they would be in the apartment when I moved in. At move-in day, the fans were still sitting on the apartment floor. I advised the leasing office and was told they would be placed the next day. Five days later, I called the office to inquire about my fans and was told there was no work order for my apartment, but she would gladly put one in. Four days later, the fans were finally put up, nine days after I moved in and eighteen days after they were promised to be put in. Other work requests received the same treatment, including another which was put in for a ill-functioning sliding door that I had to go to the office two weeks later to hear that no work order was put in again. When I asked for a person to speak with at their corporate office, I was told, and I quote, "No, you can not speak with anyone in our corporate office," by the property manager.

It is sad, because this place sells itself. Bad management however tarnishes the outside beauty. I would not choose to live at this complex again, and will not recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for the post. I have heard so many terrible things about this complex and will not be moving there. I went to see them and the office staff was so stupid.
