I DO NOT recommend these apartments.

I live on the third floor and someone kicked my door in and stole my plasma TV at 1 in the afternoon! They counted the break in towards the "3 strikes" you get because the police said that third floor break ins are usually done by people the victim knows! Can you believe they put me "at fault" for my own apartment being broken into'

Management is completely unpolite and unforgiving.

The first month I was one day late for rent (totally my fault, I know).

I kindly asked for a courtesy waive of the late fee since I just moved in and they completely refused.

I know I shouldn't have been late but they showed no courtesy at all.

Today I was just given a letter saying they charged my account $500 for an unauthorized pet! My mom came to visit and brought her little dog for a week.

I was walking to my car for work one morning and saw a neighbor cleaning broken glass from his truck.

My friend's car was broken into and his radio was stolen.

My lease is up in a month and I'm getting out of here! The complex is nice on the outside but the crime and snobby management has got to go.
