The Bella Sarah Apartments in Austin, TX are very nice and clean, but that's as far as it goes. The crime spree in the middle of the nights are very awful when you come to find that not only your car but five others as well have been broken into. The office staff is extremely nice until you no longer live there and put money in there pockets. Maintenance takes days to get to your problems, sometimes the work orders are never written in the first place. The staff is extremely unprofessional, when they submit a balance due to collections without notice of a balance due to the tenant. When contacted in regards to the matter they were again extremely unprofessional in attempting to resolve the problem at hand. I wouldn't recommend this place to the homeless. Its just not worth the headache.
