Great Starter Apartment

Our apartment was clean, and the carpet new, when we moved in. Maintenance is quick to respond to any problems. Management is friendly. The washrooms are useable, and it is in a nice location (within walking distance of an HEB and other shopping centers). This is a prime location for a student, or someone without a car. Both city and UT shuttles have a stop nearby. The deposit is cheap. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking to get a quality apartment for a small amount of money. A great starting point. Some of the residents have been in these apartments for 20 years! That shows something. I love the covered porches and all the windows. Glad I chose Bent Oaks
