I've lived at this complex for over a year now, and its been more than comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to maintenance requests and the like. The complex is one of the cleanest and well maintained rentals in the Far West area. Its right next to the local HEB, and is the first stop on the UT shuttle - you always get a seat! My husband and I have decided we won't move from here for the next three years of my graduate life. We almost moved in to Greystone Park when we moved to Austin, but backed out after we read the reviews of that complex. Glad we did - we love Bent Oaks.
