You know this place is bad when my roommate and I have been living here 5 months and alredy we want to move out. Lets start with monday morning lawn service. Its like having a weed wacker in your ear for and hour and a half EVERY monday. Second, everything breaks. Our dishwasher broke over and over. Hot water is a rare privalige living here. Wake up at 6am to get hot water. Past 8am you will be taking a cool shower. And somedays the water would just stop. Nothing would come out. Ok now for the noise. The walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations both next to you and above you. When the people above you walk the celing creaks and pops really loud. Dont ever try to have a get together with friend lasting past 12 at night. We got the cops called on us for a noise complaint when we were sitting around laughing. Parking is horrible, and i see people hit each other all the time. There are hidden charges everywhere from bent oaks and they dont tell you untill its too late.

I agree about the weed whacker thing. Dear GOD it's loud, and it's really startling. Sometimes I wonder if they've had some of the more elderly residents die of a heart attack; having it be the first thing you hear when you wake up makes you thing the end is coming. -_-;
