After having to call the police about a pervert trying to peak through my blinds at four in the morning, I'm done. The buildings are obviously very old and not very well cared for. They made little or no effort to make my apartment seem fresh and inviting when I moved in. There have been three or four times in the last year that the water has been turned off for at least 15 hours straight. I once went without hot water for two days. My toilet has never worked properly, but after having a service man come and plunge it a little several different times, I gave up asking for it to be fixed. And I haven't even mentioned that most of the tenants of my building seem to be previous tenants of the local mental hospital. I think my huge concern now though is safety, and I have to say I don't feel in any way safe in this apartment complex.
