CONS:
- The loud-ass weed whacker thing that people have mentioned.
- The laundry room price increase, and sometimes the washers/driers won't take your money but you can't get it back; you have to kick the thing really hard to get it unstuck. It's hard to explain, lol. (Apartment doesn't run the laundry room, though.)
- I wish there was better lighting at night.
- Apartments are rather old. The bathroom, for example, in my apartment looks really dated. My kitchen sucks and it bothers me because I like to cook.
- The dog waste problem isn't solved as far as I can tell, despite what other reviewers have said. It's gotten a little better but that's it; people still won't pick up after their damn dogs. :(

PROS:
- I feel very safe here.
- It's very quiet.
- It's on the first Far West bus stop.
- The people in the office are always really nice to me and remember my and my boyfriend's name after only meeting us once.
- Allows pets.
- Affordable. I feel like I pay less for my apartment than students who live on campus or near Riverside do for crappier apartments.

So it's not without flaws, and yeah I wanna move out soon for something better, but I don't have any serious complaints.

One thing I want to mention is I think at least some of the bad reviews on this site are from people who work for other apartment complexes; apparently that's a common thing for them to do now that the site has gained popularity. Some of the bad reviews sounds like a completely different complex, it's bizarre.
