I really wish we had heeded the bad reviews before moving here. The convenient location next to a shopping center with HEB and the pretty landscaping on the street though convinced us to move here. This place would be an excellent bargain (we pay under $600 for a safe apartment in a nice area) if it weren't for the horrible noise. People on here complain about a weed wacker repeatedly. That's nothing...every day starting at 8AM for the past month an electric saw cutting cement blocks right in front of our bedroom window has woken us up. In fact, ask any neighbor near the laundry room and they'll confirm this for you...everyone is pissed off. The noise is off and on until at least 5PM. We have to LEAVE the apartment all day to get away. The maintenance yelling at each other along with busting concrete (visit the place and you will wonder what they are even doing with the slab of concrete by the sidewalk anyways) is so loud we can't hear the TV. The apartment staff apologizes but does nothing. I can't wait until our lease is up. If you're a student, don't expect to study. This is truly a shame as the neighbors are quiet and friendly and the apartment is otherwise great but if you can't even tolerate being inside it it's not worth it to us :( We even waited a month to complain to the office because we like the place so much we were hoping the noise was almost over.
