Positives:
-HEB you can walk to in less than one minute, always good.
-Quiet Atmosphere minus construction
-First stop on the shuttle, I always have a seat in the morning and get off first in the evening. This almost outweighs everything else, because I know I'm not going to have to wait 20 minutes for a second empty bus.
-The staff always does their best to help with whatever problem you have, though they aren't perfect. They are very unorganized.
-Lots of stuff around that is really convenient: starbucks, service stations, cleaners, banks.. etc
-The landscaping is well done, they are working on it presently.. or it seems constantly.
-Maintenance seems good so far, no problems there.
-Parking is good..always a spot. Visitors do need a pass though, and that gets annoying. They dont really enforce it that much, but when they do they put those stickers on your car that are impossible to get off.
Negatives:
-Drainage problems.. in wet weather there is a water puddle right down the stairs that never goes away
-Construction was going on for a long time, it was loud and annoying, especially on the rare occasions I get to sleep in.
-The laundry room is disgusting. Its old and dingy and quite a rip off.
-I had medically important package delivered to the office. They never notified me that it was there. A month later I asked about it and they pulled it out of a closet where the Christmas decorations were.
-Sprinklers. They are insane. They are on when it rains. They are on in the mornings when I am walking to the shuttle stop, and they go everywhich way, on the sidewalk, etc. There's no way you aren't going to get wet when the sprinklers are on. It's comical to watch, but no fun when its you and its cold. It's miserable.
-They turn off the water a Lot. I've woken up twice to no water, to where I couldnt even wash my face. They like to turn it off around lunch or early afternoon. I've had to cook with bottled water twice too. I've put money in the washer and then the water wasn't on.
