This place is VERY NOISY all day every day. There are groups of kids that are always outside. They're out there so much I even know some of their names because they yell at each other all day long (I hear the name Menudo among others screamed every day). You can hear them OVER THE SOUND OF YOUR TV inside your apartment. They also often leave their toys all over the sidewalk which makes this place look very ghetto (not that it's a fancy place or anything). I don't hate kids but this is very LOUD and I moved here because it was advertised as being good for students which is far from true because you can't even concentrate to study in your own home. I have to go to the library now. There are 2 parks nearby so I don't see why they need to hang around our windows all day long. Don't they go to school' Where are their parents'''

Oh yeah...this place also is advertised as having a gym in the recent apartment guides magazines. It even says it in bold print. It does not have one. Just so you know in case you don't get to look before leasing. It's advertised that way in multiple publications and has been for awhile now.
