This is the worse staff ever... I currently am a resident here and have never had such horrible customer service in my life. I have had numerous things go wrong in my apartment and for starters it takes them forever just to get to the apartment to fix it. On top of that, the turn over rate with the staff are words all in itself to explian what a terrible they provide the residents. My balcany is falling apart, the water gets turned off at least once a month, and my security light outside has not worked in two months. I would not reccomend anyone live here. To live in such a beautiful area of Austin, the property is always filthy, the landskaping is well unexistant and again only because it must be said, the staff is beyond help. A dissapointed resident...

I'm very sorry to hear you had such an unfortunate experience with the previous staff and management at Bent Oaks. We purchased the community in December 2009 and are striving to make our current residents top priority.I'm not sure if you still live here but if so please come speak with me and I'll be happy to take care of your concerns. With the new renovations coming and staff policies we are working to ensure everyone has a happy stay.
