this place is the most expensive apartment i have EVER lived in. and the bills are higher than i've ever had. and they are old.
other areas and apartments are just as good, and cheaper. and it's true, 50 is ridiculous for water. we are being ripped off.
maybe if they just included water in the price of rent people would move into some of these empty units that have been vacant for months.
oh and unleashed pets and pitbulls everywhere' yuck. at least the unleashed ones are not the pitbulls... still messed up. what ever happened to "breed restrictions"'

i know what you mean! i just got my water bill and it is $47!!! i already put in my notice. i will be out in may!!! :o)

We purchased the property in December. We are installing a tank to the boiler which should help ensure an even flow of water temperature. We also have many other exciting changes coming to Bent Oak, including a media room and expanded fitness center. I'm the manager at Bent Oaks and understand your frustration with the water bill.I will be more than happy to speak to you about it in better detail as to why they were higher than normal.Also the one you received for May was lower but we are still working with the city to completely resolve the issue.Please come in and see me so I can better address your issues and make the rest of your stay a better one at Bent Oaks!
