I've been a resident here for a few years and overall it's been ummm ok.... What's really nice to see is that new Owners and Management team (office staff) comes and in and actually takes care of us. It use to take forever to get work orders done, no one would answer the phone and when I actually spoke to someone they really didn't care what I had to say. Here in the last few months I must say these people really do genuilly care about us. No one hardly has anything good to say so here it is... Bent Oaks is a very good property inexpensive and knows how to treat their people. Thanks guys!

well maybe the management is better now, but bent oaks is never an inexpensive apartment in the farwest area!!
