I recently moved here when I got a great deal on a huge one bedroom. Not only did I get a good monthly rate, but they gave me the first two weeks for free. The apartment is in great condition and maintenance fixed the pint-sized problems promptly. Management is awesome. You get the vibe that these guys are really trying to help you out, not like other management with their pretentious assistance. From what I hear from my neighbors, the older management sucked, but the new management is here to stay. Since they just bought the property, they have been making renovations to the exteriors which hopefully will be done by the end of the summer. These guys are really nice and will be glad to work with you. Because of the new owners, the previous reviews over the management can be misleading. Also, there is an HEB next door, so it takes me like two minutes to walk there. Now, that is convenience.
