I had the worst experience here. I really liked my apartment and the price was great. But I had issues from day one with management. The management harassed me, issuing notices about a barking dog when I didn't even have a dog. Threatened to evict me on account of my invisible dog. Then I moved some of my things out, and I had paid the next month and a half rent in advance, and the maintenance guy went in, took all my stuff and cleaned the place out. When I returned two days after moving my things, the lock was changed, counter tops replaced, new carpet, etc, and all my things gone. The office said, "Well, the maintenance guy saw you moving your things so he just cleaned the place out. Looks like you are still paid through next month. Oh well, you can at least feel better that all your things are in the landfill by now." I filed a law suit that took 3 years to get through the court system. Also, my truck was broken into twice. The laundry facility is ridiculously crappy. Seriously, I wouldn't do it.

I am so sorry you had such a poor experience in the past. Bent Oaks was purchased in 12/12/08 and is now owned and managed by Resource Residential. They have already begun on interior and exterior improvements to the community. I hope that if you are ever in the neighborhood you will stop by to see all of the new exciting things and management service team! I would love to show you around!

why would he ever stop by? hopefully by now he has found a better APT or a house. Before you came Bent Oaks was from hell. It is unreal how crappy some people run a business. And for some people that is all they will ever remember about bent oaks, no matter what you do or say.
