Pretty good deal

I've lived here for a while now and don't have too many complaints. I can hear the freeway and the sprinklers when I'm trying to sleep, but it has never bothered me too much. My neighbors are very quiet and it seems pretty safe. I've never heard of any problems.
The apartments are a good size for the price, especially when they are running their specials. I didn't find anything else in the neighborhood with anywhere near the price for this size. My main complaint is that the lease terms are not very flexible. When your lease is up, if you want to stay an extra month or so, you will pay 25% on top of the market rate, which is extremely high compared to what you'll normally pay. If you want to sign a new lease, the price just depends on what specials they are doing at the time, so you may end up paying more than you were before. So, make sure that you get your lease length for exactly how long you want to live there. Maybe this has just been a problem for me because of my circumstances, but they seem to be a lot less flexible about that kind of thing than other apartments are.
