Not bad for the price at all

I've lived here for about 9 or 10 months now. My rent is very inexpensive for the area. I have always had quick response to any questions or maintenance requsets. When my electric bill was fairly high for two months, they replaced my air conditioner within a week, dramatically decreasing my bill. The complex itself is pretty quiet unless Mopac bothers you...but Mopac is so close and convenient, so I don't mind. The complex is a little older, but for the space, good parking, and nice staff, it's not a bad deal at all. The pool is also nice for the summers!
If my rent doesn't change much, I will probably stay here awhile longer.
