I have lived here for about a month now, and I must say it's quite nice. Since it's hidden back in the residential areas of northwest Austin, it's very quite. No problems with any of my neighbors. Ample parking, and I feel really safe at night. I really like the landscaping...lots of trees and grass unlike some of the newer complexes. The 1x1s are a good size for the price. Maintenance is very prompt and fix everything the first time. All in all I'd have to say that I really enjoy living here.
