I'm leaving Bent Tree after two very nice years of living here. I wouldn't be leaving, but I had to move for a job. I loved the office staff. Both Laine and Marissa were always very professional and very nice. The maintenance men were great as well. Any maintenance requests I had were taken care of promptly. My AC unit actually went out, and they replaced it within a day!

As far as the previous posting regarding the security deposit, I haven't had that problem at all. Marissa and I walked through my apartment, and she assured me that, if I didn't have a water bill balance, I'd be getting my deposit back. All I needed was to give her a forwarding address. I'm not sure what happened with the previous poster, but I know there can be issues with getting deposits back if it's a roommate situation.

Sad to be leaving, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It's the great secret of Northwest Austin!
