Cheap but ghetto

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Gate never closes, pool is always broken, dogs bark all night, neighbors are kind of scary.
But the apartments were nice inside, noone bothered us, rent was fair, our cars never got broken into and the gunshots were never aimed at anyone.
If you hassel them, they'll throw in a washer/dryer for free.
