We moved in thinking these were nice new apartments and everything would be ok. Wrong! First off we are in an apartment that has wind blowing directly onto our balcony(where the water heater is kept), so in turn our pilot light was CONSTANTLY out. I'm talking all the time during the winter. That means no hot water, no hot showers. They were pretty prompt about coming to fix it but we would still go a day or two without hot water. They was a way for them to fix it too, but they said they couldn't because it was "unsafe". And don't get me started on the parking, it's horrendous. If you come home later than 8pm good luck on finding a spot even remotely close to your building. I have gotten towed and have had numerous friends towed also. The laundry facility has no change machine and there is only one small facility for 300 people! Take my advice and don't move here unless you're looking for a cheap place.
