I am not a tenant of Blunn Creek but I do know this. Tonight a close friend of mine and his wife were locked out of their apartment by management. Now according to Texas law a landlord, etc. can do this legally. The catch is they must given writeen notice (three days in person or five by mail) and they must have a key available to the tenant within two hours of request, 24 hours a day. Blunn Creek did neither of these things. And there is currently a one year old puppy locked in that apartment. I waited with them three hours in the cold listening to the dog yelp wanting to get out. While no one returned a phone call or provided a key. Even after I left messages saying I had a money order for the delinquint rent. Do not move there, they don't even know the renter's laws in Texas and that is not safe.
