I think for the convenience of this location, the prices are great. It's better than being off of some of the other south austin areas. some people on here whine too much about things that can't be controlled. although I'd be mad if my car got broken into, I've been at properties that are gated in round rock that still had cars broken into. meaning, it can happen anywhere...get car insurance.
everyone's been nice to me and the apartment is a good size for what I pay. washer/dryers are a huge plus!

A lot of people there don't have insurance, but I do and my car still got broken into.But even if you have insurance--who wants to pay their deductible over and over again and watch their rates go up because some low life can't go out and buy their own stuff? No one.Cars can broken into anywhere, but this is a hot spot, especially when your neighbors have alot of traffic coming to and from their apartment. Not such a good environment for the children that live there to be in.If any of this could be controlled then why don't they at least have some sort of thing where there is no one allowed in the parking lot drinking and why don't they have some sort of security. They obviously don't care about their tennants.

Do you work for the apartment complex, this place is so poorly managed it is ridiculous. The pool is closed every other day, the exercise room is a joke(right now the tread mill is literally in pieces), they send out eviction notices for 12.00 water bills which they never set up an account on my apartment. I see the maintenance guys riding around in a golf cart doing near nothing while the pool is closed while the excercise room is a PI attorneys dream. As far as the gate, it never works and the exit is always open. Gee I wonder if this is an invite for element we do not want at the aparment. It does not take an Einstein to figure this out. Whoever wrote the above review either works for the apartment complex, or has been here two weeks.
