I have lived here since the day it opened. What a demise.. The tennants are creepy and the property is litered with dog crap, beer bottles, and every type of trash imaginable.
Parking is hard to come by... I suppose that is the result of one tennant moving in and all of a sudden there are 3 or more people living in the unit.
If you like over flowing trash bins, unruly children running amuck at all hours, people fighting in the dirty hallways, and a high likelyhood that you will be robbed- then this is the place for you.
After 5 years, I am moving out because my apartments front door was smashed in- during broad daylight- and I lost everything of value. Just remember that " nobody guarantees your safety"... Words of wisdom from the apartment staff!!

im sorry to hear that.. i wish i could afford a better place so i could get out too.. its super unsafe..
