| 11/11/2012 | My family and I moved here several months ago. The location is great! We're in walking distance to the SOCO and south 1st street etc.. Downtown is just a short bike or bus ride away. For the area, the rent is priced at a very affordable point (although you must qualify) the structure of the apt.s are fairly nice with a stone exterior. Landscaping is minimal which doesn't faze me. Neighbors are noisy & many have little respect for those around them. Everyday I find new trash thrown everywhere..the groundskeepers are out every weekday picking up after the lazy, sloppy ...
