WELL LETS BE REAL ITS LOW INCOME HOUSING "PROJECTS"I WAS RAISED THERE MY WHOLE LIFE SINCE 77 THERE MAY BE STRANGE PEOPLE THAT WALK DONT KNOW BOUT RACISM I THINK THEY ARE LIKE THAT TO ANYONE WHOS LATE ON RENT!BUT ALL MY MEMORIES ARE AT BOULDIN OAKS I LOVE THAT PLACE BIG OAK TREES GREEN GRASS REC.

they are nice and kept up but the managers are -------s and dont like whites its always been that way you would think they would put a nice manager in there but all ive seen since 1971 are -------s they try to kick you out of your home for anything they make the rules as they go along its lucky i havent beat the ---- out of some of them for trying to throw me out of my home but i dont want to spend time in jail and im a real nice person but u can only take so much.

the managers are really sorry they dont care abouts there tendants just because they live in low income and there just the managers they think there better then us all the years i lived there i had nothing but insults from them they talk down to you and treat you bad just because you live there. but there propertys are nicer then the rest of the properties they take care of them the main issue is they wont fix your unit when something goes wrong it took them a year to fix my heater thats the managers fault because the work orders goes threw that -----
