I have lived in these apartments for over 8 months and in that time i have been 1) been without hot water for over a month due to a gas leak 2) loss of hot water pressure after gas leak was fixed due to boiler system 3) without water several times while they tried and failed to fix the problem with the water pressure 4) ubable to take hot showers or wash dishes with hot water 5) air conditioner has not been working for 2 months and their solution was to "just keep running it until it cools off" This causing the air conditioner to burn out and for them to have to replace it 2 week after the fact. The air conditiner causes the pipes to freeze to which they tell me to "turn the Hydro up to force the air through". Don't live here and save yourself the trouble!
