no water - so what else is new'

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
On the weekend of 8/20 there was no water, and no warning! When I called, they said "one hour." After an hour, it came on for 15 minutes and went out again for another 3 hrs! This goes on and on and on! I get home today, and there is that little note "sorry to inconvenience you but tomorrow, the water is off indefintely for repairs." you decide, do you want to live here'
