I must admit, I wasn't so happy for a while there, but I didn't let it get me all worked up or anything. It just wasn't worth my energy. But I just have to say 'thank you' to those (you know who you are) staff at Bradford for helping out very recently with my a/c issue and little leak that came out of nowhere! -it's fixed and hasn't come back! WHOO HOO (I'm crossing my fingers)
