I have been living in this horrible complex going on a year now. I am moving out early because I cannot take the management or there excuses anymore. If you want any maint. done, you will be waiting for a long time, even IF it is a EMERGENCY situation like water a/c or locks. Its is ridiculous! I was without A/C for a week in the middle of June and I had to stay with a friend cause they didnt fix it until I wrote a letter to there corp. office and filed a complaint with them. When they recieved the letter the same day my A/C was fixed and was cooling my apt. I wasn't compensated anything towards my rent for the inconvience and was told I wasnt going to be conpensated at all.
Water is also an issue here. They always turn it off and dont tell you why even if you pay your water bills on time, you can come home to no water and it is aggravating. No notice is given to anyone if they will be working on water lines or anything. I have been calling for the past week cause it hasnt been working properly and I never get a call back or an explanation. If the office tells you, let me have your number I will call you back with an answer, don't believe them, they will not call you at all. I HATE this complex!
