Matainence Sucks, But you get what you pay for...

I've never had any extreme problems like some of these people, they only thing that really sucks is the on-site laundry. It never works, and no one in the office seems to now anything about it. When I moved in there were roaches, but they sent an exterminator. It's a pretty crappy place to live, but it's very cheap and nicely located.
