I have lived here for a year and a half and will be moving out in a month. Most of the office staff are unhelpful at best, or down right rude. Maintenance has to be called several times to fix a problem, and usually it's not a very good, or permanent fix. The A/C is incredibly loud and doesn't work well at all. The water has poor pressure and is turned off at least once a month (at random). Electric bills are extremely high ($180 for a 1 bedroom in the summer). Packages are not verified when signed for by office staff, if they lose your package they take no responsibility. Residents regularly leave trash out on their doorsteps, management does nothing to prevent this. Recently, drug dealers have begun to move in. There are bug problems in most of the apartements. They raised my rent by $30 when I renewed my lease (which was a mistake on my part anyway). Neighbors have large, dangerous dogs like pitbullswhich are sometimes allowed to roam free. I used to see parents with their children taking walks here, but I don't see that anymore as the neighborhood is becoming unsafe.

Overall, I'd say this was the worst place I have ever lived. If you read through these ratings, all of the bad stuff that is said is true. I have had experience with most of it. Stay away if at all possible. They are nice until you move in, then they do everything they can to rip you off.
